Bloodbowl Orcs

Something caught my eye one day and I started looking at Bloodbowl again, so I dug out my orcs and started painting. over the course of the last month or so alongside other models I've got them finished for now.
Next up is the humans and some other bits and bobs until a new project comes along. But its' a busy time of the year with other stuff so we'll see.

Burrows and Badgers 2nd Kickstarter

Well finally got them finished, it's taken a few months in among painting some Orcs which will be up next. The models as always pretty much paint themselves, they really are such a joy to paint. (Other than fur, but I think I've got the hang of it by now.)

I really need to sit down and try and find a space to take better pictures, the lighting in this house is awful but I don't have an outside area either.

Pirates

I'm sure I could add in several jokes about pirates but I won't.

Picked up this jolly lot at York this year from Dixons and got them painted up, I've nothing to use them with yet, but hey it's Pirates, you need them, just like samurai and cowboys. (Just got the cowboys to go now)

German LMG's

Long overdue, I finally got these at York this year. So three LMG teams for my CoC forces to allow me to field them with the two LMG's per squad.

Fairly quick and easy to paint they are form the Berlin or Bust range.

Men At Arms

So next up is some old plastic Men at arms from Advanced Heroquest or a Heroquest expansion, I can't remember exactly, I have 2 sprues of them, and I figure I can probably use them for En-garde or they can stand in where needed with their swapable weapons or something.

They were a very quick and dirty job and I'll probably do the other sprue in a very similar manner, just in a different colour to the blue of these ones.

Frostgrave Skirmish

So catching up a bit with stuff what I've been painting and never got round to getting the pictures done. So first up some Frostgrave stuff, I had done the Scribes already, but had a bunch of other female miniatures left over from other stuff, so I painted up some sisters of Sigmar and some old Grenadier amazon archers to add to the warband, I still have some others that I'll do as and when I need them for the campaign.

Village of the witches

Midlam are great, not for my pocket occasionally but they do some really good kickstarters that cover a variety of non fighty people but thankfully they're a bit too frequent otherwise I'd be buying lots of stuff I don't really have a need for. The last one I did opt in for though was Village of the Witches, this came as two sets of models, a bunch of witches and a bunch of villagers. Well the Witches are done.

I didn't want to go with all black so I did a bunch of different colours on them to spruce it up a bit, but they do still have pointy witch hats so you can't mistake them for anything else.

Some More Greeks

I've been putzing around lately doing stuff for the club website so my painting has been a bit more minimal than I'd have hoped over the festive break from proper work.  Even so I managed to get these chaps done, I've got another 8 hoplites and 5 skirmishers to get done and I'll come back to shields and basing when I've done them as I need to work out a force for them in IHMN Bronze age.

They also match up as more extras than I'll ever need for my argonauts however they'll probably get more mileage in IHMN or something.
